MINARET UNIVERSITY, IKIRUN ANNOUNCES RESUMPTION AND REGISTRATION GUIDELINES FOR FRESH STUDENTS, 2026/2027 SESSION

The Management of Minaret University, Ikirun, Osun State, has announced Saturday, 28th November, 2026, as the official resumption date for all fresh students admitted for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

In a statement from the Office of the Registrar, the University has also released step-by-step guidelines for registration. All freshmen are advised to follow the procedures strictly and complete their registration within the stipulated period.

The registration process is as follows:

STEP 1: HOSTEL ALLOCATION
On arrival, present your Hostel Allocation Slip at the Student Affairs Unit and proceed to your allotted hostel.

Submit the following documents to the Hostel Preceptor/Preceptress for check-in:

– Completed Hostel Admittance Form, downloaded from the portal;
– Hostel Allocation Slip;
– Evidence of payment for bed space.

STEP 2: ADMISSION OFFICE
Report to the Admission Office for verification and clearance with the following:

– 2026 JAMB UTME Result Slip or evidence of JAMB Direct Entry;
– JAMB Admission Letter;
– Minaret University Admission Letter
– Printout of O’Level result(s);
– Completed Entrance Screening Form;
– Evidence of payment of all applicable fees.

Upon successful verification, the Admission Office will direct you to your Faculty Office.

STEP 3: FACULTY OFFICE
Present your documents for further verification, together with your Minaret University Admission Letter and a completed Student Entrance Screening Form. The Faculty Officer will endorse your documents and give you registration files.

STEP 4: DEPARTMENT
Report to your Department for final documentation and academic briefing.

NOTE: Fresh students are also expected to come with:
– A copy of birth certificate/Declaration of Age
– A copy of certificate of Local Government of origin
– A letter of attestation from a senior public officer, a clergy, or a legal practitioner.
